What planet is the coldest?

Neptune is three billion miles from the Sun. Despite being one billion miles closer to the Sun than Neptune, Uranus is the coldest planet, not Neptune. A very chilly -224°C was recorded on Uranus as the Solar System's coldest temperature ever.
