ESA Phi-Lab Austria brings together international space and industry leaders at Austrian Space Days 2026
Austrian Space Days 2026, taking place on 14–15 October 2026 at Vienna Airport, Austria, will provide a forum for discussions on the industrialisation of the space sector and the transition towards scalable, reliable and cost-effective space systems.
The programme will address topics including platform architectures, serial production, in-orbit manufacturing and software-defined systems, while also exploring synergies between the space sector and industries such as automotive. The event is organised by accent Inkubator, operator of ESA Phi-Lab Austria, and Brimatech, in cooperation with ESA and Austrian institutional partners.
ESA participation
The European Space Agency (ESA) is a cooperation partner of Austrian Space Days 2026 and will feature Josef Aschbacher, ESA Director General, among its confirmed speakers, alongside senior representatives from industry, government and the wider European space ecosystem. ESA’s participation will contribute to discussions on the future competitiveness and industrial transformation of the European space sector.
