DESCRIPTION:Prepare for the upcoming European Launcher Challenge\n\nWe are 
 happy to announce the European Launcher Challenge (ELC) Industry Day on 8 N
 ovember 2024 at ESTEC. The ELC25 Industry Day is a unique networking opport
 unity for new and established actors in space transportation to prepare for
  the upcoming European Launcher Challenge. \nWhat is the European Launcher 
 Challenge?\n\nEurope is entering into a new era of diversified space transp
 ortation services\, where established launch service providers will co-exis
 t with new ones. In light of this\, ESA Council decided on a number of meas
 ures on present and future European space transportation\, which included t
 he launch of a challenge among European space transportation services for o
 ffering best solutions to serving the institutional launch demand in the fu
 ture. \nEuropean space transportation service initiatives will be called up
 on to demonstrate their ability to develop and fly a capacity to serve miss
 ion needs to access space in an incremental stepwise approach in terms of p
 erformance and capabilities. The winners of the ELC will benefit from ESA c
 ontracts for the demonstration of new capacities\, as well as launch servic
 e procurements. \nWhat is the ELC25 Industry Day objective?\n\nYou can now 
 prepare for the ELC. Deploying the most competitive and adapted launch serv
 ices for the future relies on a diverse European ecosystem where all intere
 sted and competitive European industries shall get a chance to contribute w
 ith their capabilities and capacities. \nThe event will bring together acto
 rs from across the whole value chain\, including primes and suppliers cover
 ing both flight and ground segments\, as well as key institutional stakehol
 ders. The ELC Industry Day will provide the opportunity to inform about the
